I’ve heard many people in group meetings say, “Do anything that will help you stay clean.”
Personally, I don’t get in to the whole tattoo craze. I think anything permanent is a serious decision, and I’m just not good with serious decisions (grin).
No, the truth is, I guess I think of getting a tattoo and then think ahead thirty years, and envision myself being given a bath by some big, hairy nurse (which is bad enough), who looks at my sagging, wrinkled, faded tattoo and hollers, “What the hell is that?!?”

But for those of you who are in favor of a sagging, wrinkled, faded tattoo when you’re old, here’s a few “Recovery Tattoos” to getcha started. Oh yeah, and I guess you have to be an addict, recovering from either drug addiction or alcoholism.
